After acquiring a taste for development Randy bought a construction company in New Jersey and parcel of land for $2.5MM in 2010. He began working on government facilities in New York & New Jersey throughout the recession and later sold the land for $13.5MM in 2017.
Randy has continued to grow his real estate portfolio throughout the years and specializes in value-add retail neighborhood centers. He currently owns over 1 million square feet of retail assets in 8 states (NY, CO, IN, WI, MO, MS, IL and SC) and is still the sole owner and operator of Cobra Power.
